100% of bombs who fell on SERBIA 1999 were British and American. USA soldiers were in Albania and Macedonia directing Kosovo Liberation Group on the attack USA helicopters Appache were in action. USA soldiers were not directly fighting on the ground in Serbia 1999.
ALL inteligence, KLA had USA made GPS,Granade detectors spy airplanes were collecting data on Serbia 2-3 months before the attack. Which happened on March 24 1999 and continued for 78 days.

Don't make me bring up Chernokozovo POW Camp and the numerous massacres there, most notably the Komsomolskoye massacre. Do you think it's alright for Russia to take in POW's and then line them up and kill them? En mass?

Russia also had ground forces on the ground, and these Su-25's were acting in a CAS role. While the US aircraft had no ground forces directing air strikes.
