@mrstuperstefan Just imagine how it was on my 5 day, 50 mile backpacking trip in Yosemite and not seeing a single hiker for 3 of those days way out there. Loved it!

@kgthatsme Like the beach. Same thing. You've got the place to yourself. I am an ANTITOURIST

@mrstuperstefan No doubt about it! And what kind of sign was it to slip and fall on a trail I've been down 5 times already? Not sure what to make of that one. I just don't think that'll stop me from going back. I do like the slow seasons there. You almost get the valley to yourself.

@ghiatool One day... you gotta try heading up there.

That place is a pure religous experience. Luuuucky!
Great shots too. I went in Feb once and the place was a ghost town!

Great video, The falls look incredible! So glad you made it down safely and not the express way down!!
I've gotten as far as where you are at 1.30, but I've always gone in June, haven't made it in winter/spring yet :P Gonna make it to the top one of these days!!!

@Author4Christ I'm not sure this was the best time to head up to the top, the trail turned all snow toward the top and I slid many times on the way down. June should be a good time. Late summer and fall is good if you don't mind little or no water in the falls. Amazing experience either way!

@kgthatsme yeah, parts of that trail are hard in June too. Did you get attacked by mosquitoes at all? We seem to always get eaten on this hike :P I've been wanting to go in the fall for a long time but haven't made it yet :P

@Author4Christ No mosquitos at all that I could tell, and I'm usually the first to get bit. Fall is a beautiful time, as long as people know the trail in dry seasons is plenty slippery with its polished rocks.
