Since everyone is asking...
THIS IS HOW YOU GET INTO THE CAVE!
You need to not only beat the elite 4 and Gary, but u need to catch at least 60 pokemon speak to Professor Oak and he will give you the national dex. after that go speak to Celio on one island. he will give you a rainbow pass to islands 4 through 7. Obtain the ruby and the sapphire and give them to Celio. That is u achievement that will get the trainer to move away from the door and u can get in the cave.
