@americanhero0967 another thing, the last update that I can see on the internet says, that Chuck Ericsson has admitted to lying about Ryan. He retracted his statement and has now said that he acted alone. Ok,I agree, he was a big man & it'd b very difficult for kid to bring him down, if its a face to face fight.But look at a scenario, where they hit him with the crow bar from behind.The way he demonstrated in court. This will bring any one down if they are not wearing a helmet, which I'm sure you'd agree, he was not. So it's not too far fetched to imagine, that the poor man didn't know what hit him & had no chance to fight back...

Just because someone re cants their statement doesnt automatically mean that NOW they are telling the truth. Ok so 3 guys commit a crime and the 1st guy is already convicted and decides to throw his other friends a bone by saying....They didnt do it???

This guy is innocent. There is no evidence linking him to the murder. The 2 witness have said that they actually lied about it due to pressure from the persecutor. what the fuck is wrong with the system? Ryan is innocent you pieces of shit. There is no evidence at all.

What is WRONG with this Chuck kid? I really do think they're innocent, so why lie about killing a person? I heard he recently told an attorney that Ryan actually wasn't responsible, that he had robbed and murdered the victim alone, but I think that's a lie too. There has to be a really serious mental illness or something that just came to the surface.

Innocent people jailed for years, human beings executed that were innocent,,,,a rotten corrupt justice system,,that's the reason this boy is in jail.

Yeah ! here we go again,,the good old American justice system,,,if there ever is a country in the modern world where you don't want to get charged with a crime it's the rotten U.S.

A justice system that stinks with corruption, police forces that fabricated evidence and prosecutors that go along with it to convict innocent people. And don't even mention your ridiculous " Constitution " might as well get a piece of paper out of a Crackerjack box ! it's a system that's rotten to the core !

Not a shred of factual evidence in this case existed. All a case of

"Rush to Judgement"...........Would be great if John Grisham investigated

this case........as it would make for a true novel exposing injustice being done.

i am disappointed in the Constitution - not because of its ideas- they are some of the best ever put down - but because it can't protect us against cops who think it's there job to pressure any warm body they can find into confessing to a crime, prosecutors who are so incompetent and lazy they pressure witnesses to commit perjury, monumentally incompetent defense attorneys, & juries who listen to incredible testimony, "deliberate" for 5 hrs, then toss a young man's life away like a gum wrapper
