When you say til the knife comes out clean, this mean the center is solid and fully cooked or the center should be slightly jiggly.

How do you take it out of the pan and keep the caramel on top of it still? Also, when you pour the caramelized sugar on there do you wait for it to dry or harden in there?

do u still have to add water to the sauce or just the 1/3??
how do you take it out of the baking dish without ruining the form of the flan?

@yaycelesteyay You put a plate on top of the baking dish and flip it over onto the plate in one quick motion. Be careful the sauce can drip out a little. Good luck!

Do I have to keep putting water after it evaporates?

Try to put enough water in the pan so that it does not evaporate completely. You should not have to add any additional water.

Can i steam it? Please answer coz i feel like baking it today as i already have all the ingredients.
