May be you can help me find an old movie post-apocalyptic.I can´t remember the title but I remember it is from the 80´s. It is a car like the Knight Rider´s car. There is the problem with water, and there are some androids who controls the water. There is also a kid with a bionic arm, very powerful, and at the end of the movie I remember that the problem with the water is no more, because it started to rain.
