  • Very nicely done. Beautiful bikes! Thumbs up for keeping high quality cycle works including all the assembly in-house and in the US. Here's to many more years of success!

Unfortunately, said bikes are priced outside the range of most of us. :(

  • @gymkhanadog

Our bikes start at just $1,499 for a full bike. In the world of bike shops, that's right in the mid-price point. Sometimes we have used. Thanks for you nice words, and let me know if I can do anything for you.

  • @CptnCrud That's not affordable, I guess it is if you're rich but for most of us it isn't.

  • @CoDisafishy

    What's your price range?

  • @CptnCrud Mine would be $700 but I'm saying that it's not affordable for middle class people. The bikes are probably really good and deserve to be that much, I'm saying that it's really not that affordable for everybody.

  • @CoDisafishy We do sell (made in Taiwan) KHS, and they have several bicycles in the sub-$1,000 range. As far as custom bicycles made in the United States, I don't know of a manufacturer that makes complete bicycles for under $1,500. Most of our customers are middle class, and often put a bicycle on lay-a-way so they can pay for it over several months. We do what we can to make them affordable, but even so, we can't please everyone. Thanks

  • Bright and beautiful. When I was a kid all things were made in the USA, refrigerators, toys, machinery, computers, shoes. all. but now to save on labor are required the Chinese that manufacture for usa to buy it back to us. You see because the economy is fucked. Now you know where are the jobs and money from grandparents ...

  • @cahernand1

We offered carbon fiber custom frames from 1974 until 1990. Maybe someday we'll offer them again.

  • Great video! Reminds me everything about the shop I'm the new learning mechanic at! Everything is exactly the same! Fit to finish! Except one thing, we use carbon fiber instead of steel! Calfee is a great company!

  • @bassen69bobber

    rodcycle.com is our website.

Yes, we can build a titanium bike to any specifications.

    Thanks
