oh mel! i know why your nose is oily and leathery at the same time. I went to my dermo with the same question. She said the reason why it is so oily is that my nose is sooo dehydrated, my skin is trying to produce sebum to moisturize it, but then it is still dry. I never would have thought that since my nose was oily
