In a world where globalisation and development is constantly in conflict with traditional culture, the Ilchamus communities have fought the odds and remain an outstanding cultures in Kenya. They pray to their god, Enkai through Oloiboni, the seer and appease him by pouring milk into the lake. During circumcision their boys go with goats, sheep or cows to a secret place and do not return until when they have slaughtered and eaten all the animals.

At least their culture remains intact, even if their genitals don't.
If a few of them chose to become sexually active adults with foreskins, they would find out foreskin feels REALLY good.
