Source Trust is a not-for-profit organisation set up by Armajaro Trading Ltd to help farmers improve their livelihoods through better crop yields and quality, achieved through sustainable farming practices. Source Trust works with farmers through the delivery of projects designed to develop their business knowledge and farming skills. Source Trust's projects pave the way for long-term, sustainable commodity production, whilst enhancing farmers' business prospects.


Funded By Voluntary Premiums

Source Trust is funded by voluntary premiums paid on traceable commodities by Source Trust's partners. These premiums fund projects that work directly with the same farmers who grew the traceable commodity bought by the Source Trust partner. Where possible, Source Trust seeks to match these premiums with donor funding to increase their impact.


Helping The Farmer

Source Trust's projects cover all aspects that will help the farmer to increase their crop yield and quality as well as develop their business, including training on Good Agricultural Practice, seed nurseries and planting material, farm inputs and equipment on credit, Village Resource Centres (providing access to IT based farmer training and the internet), malaria prevention and community infrastructure.
