Amen. What you say about Carole King is fascinating. Close your eyes & listen & they almost sound alike, Todd & Carole that is. O.K., maybe not exactly alike, but when Todd sings the first verse of this song, it could be Carole King singing the rhyming words 'night', 'right', and 'sight'. Seriously. They carry their sung vowels the same way, no? Or check out "Feel the Earth Move" as a possible cousin to this song. Or, maybe I'm hearing things that aren't there? Acid flashbacks?
