I caught the northbound Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Bailey circus train departing San Diego on 8/10/09. Engines are 2 BNSF Dash-9's #s 5520 and 4611, and a BNSF ES44DC #7737. I acually had to miss the first half of school to see this but I'll tell you, it was worth it!

  • how many cars long is that?

  • @crazytaxi1000 I'm pretty sure it was 58 cars long.

  • @trainkids that's a long passenger train!

  • @crazytaxi1000 It has to be if you want to get all the performers, animals, displays, tents, setup, etc. onto one train! lol!

  • Nice! I hope to catch it Downtown next week! Nice catch with the Dash 8's! Do you know if they load and unload the animals at Old Town?

  • @Michaellovestrains uh I think you mean Dash-9's. And no they don't unload the animals at Old Town. They unload hem in the yard
