How will you finish the race? Will you ease up to the pain or will you push yourself to the line for the victory? To be successful, you must train. So, get out and run. Featuring the Fremd HS 2010 team (3A, Illinois).

  • Wow dude awesome vid can't tell you how inspiring this was

    i run the 110m 300m 4x4 and 4x1

  • @DraconicVisage Thanks dude. Nice, the hurdle events are tough. I run the 4x4 too! It hurts, but it's exciting since it is last.

  • @breakyourworldrecord

    whats your 400 times?

  • @2too6sicc My fastest 4x4 split was a 51.8s. My fastest open 400m was a 52.3s. What do you run?

  • @breakyourworldrecord Very nice. I only ran a 54 last season couldnt break 53 >.<

another question did you go out for long distance jogs? if u did u think that helped?

  • @2too6sicc Yes, longer distance training helps a lot. I train year around: Cross-Country (3-5mile race) and Track (400-800m race). So, both race types help each other. If you are better at sprinting (100-400m), then go for longer runs (>30min). The point is to keep your form compact and smooth for the whole run. It is tiring, but it will definitely help for your distance. On shorter runs, lift the knees and pull down with the butt, while flexing the abs. This will all help your form in a race.

  • nice vid... keep workin hard n great things will happen. i know

  • Last time I ran track was in 8th grade. I was the "distance man" on the team hahaha. There was 1 guy who came in first every time every race in both the mile & 800. I'd be 2nd. I did not run my freshmen year because I ripped a muscular tissue thing in my leg. Well I'm back this year and running a sold 4:45-4:55 mile so i think I'm ready to win and shave some time of my mile. Down to maybe 4:30?

  • lond distance running will tremendouly helop with your 400m i do cross country and run the 400 and ive broken 50s and i know the distance on my legs helped the last 200m for sure

  • You have a good team, they looked very supportive. Nice video, I really enjoyed it!

  • This video was sick.
