@DarthDavid357 If you have the pc version you can get a mod which makes it so you can buy the adult slaves and also buy the slaves you slave. They class as a companion but they are handy

The kids are part of a unmarked quest.The only slave you can buy would be Clover using evil karma, and 1000 caps (500 with a 50 Barter Skill) which counts as a follower therfor she will not follow you if you have another follower.

I don't know why you can't buy adult slaves in paradise falls. At least you can buy the kids, but they give you good karma, Which i didn't want with that character and they just run away.... I want some one to go on a random raid or make me a garden or a sandwich or something, maybe be a Butler or maid. But no, they run away and you waist your time and your caps on some crap kids.
