Here in the SoCal we have quite an array of wild foods and herbs. For example, white sage has been a sacred herb ot the local Native Americans going way back. I had a persistent sore throat not long ago and made a warm water infusion in a mason jar overnight with about 4 dry wildcrafted leaves. Wow - knocked it out in two days. It also had quite a "shen" effect. That's just one use of this amazing herb that is healing and spiritual at the same time. Thanks for the great inspiration Daniel!

I live in Charleston South Carolina, a small city and wild foods grow everywhere, this is not my permanent place, but as of right now I can harvest an abundance of wild rosemary, wild rose hips and wild oranges, cactus and aloe vera, it can be done, with love
