This video contains a photographic record of my build and the break in runs of the Saito 125. The prop is an APC 16X4W with a Tru Turn spinner. I'm using Futaba 3004 servos on all surfaces except the rudder which is a metal geared 3305. The receiver is the 14 channel Futaba 2.4 GHZ. The tank on this model is far too small for the Saito 125, it runs for 5 minutes and 40 seconds on a tank. The plane maidened with out incident and made several flights today.
convert this bird to electric and don't have to deal with the hassle, rimefire 120 will do the very best 3d

Nice plane, In concern for your safety, I recommend a stout u-shaped restraining wire(possibly construction thickness) with a heavy flat brick on top of it. The main thing that bothers me about your system is the play the restraining cord has in it. You may overlook that it can come forward a few inches after you turn loose of it and pay a heavy price.

Nice combo. I made my rear flying wire on the top through the vertical stab. I put a taller one piece gear on there. I've had landings that would have ruined an airplane but with no damage at all. This plane is tough. This is by far my favorite glow airplane.

I got tired just looking at the build..I'll stick with foam. :)
The finished product is awesome though! Can't wait to see it fly again.
