Yes, i too was sorry that Gov. Richardson didn't get more time to press his views on the current issues that will affect this campaign. But i guess there were too many people who were enraptured by the charismatic bleatings of Sens. Obama & Clinton. Bill Richardson should be our next president!
It's too bad Richardson didn't get more time, since it usually requires at least a few minutes before he starts lying.
It's also too bad Richardson wasn't asked about his support for ethnic nationalism, or about how - even while running for president - he's a shill for the OAS, or about his lie about the border fence, or his misleading statements about immigration.
Oh well, I guess there's always campaign appearances for the real questions.
I like Bill - he's a real person. I watched the debates, and thought that they all did well, loved the suprise-question aspect of it. I was sort of worried about the guy at the very far (left to our view) end - not Kuchinich (?), but the other guy - I thought he was going to blow a gasket, for sure.
I happened to catch the debates. It was interesting. I felt we were dwelling too much on the Iraq issue. Ignoring other national issues.
Iraq is important, but when you take a look at the bigger picture, the U.S. has to face many other priorities.
The Democrats are pretty much thumping a theme of getting out of Iraq ASAP. That's a done deal. Congress should just lead a bi-partisan push now. But I hope the Congress doesn't let it become a red herring.
