These are some low pin clean grip shrug/pulls. the point of the exercise is so that i can get used to the "triple extension" of the knees,hips, ankles as well as an explosive shrug at the top of the motion with very heavy weight. this will help me greatly in improving my clean strength. as you can see on all 3 reps i was able to extend my knees, raise my heels off the ground, and throw my hips foreward as well as do a powerful shrug at the top of the motion. i think 550-3 is very impressive and was worth putting up.

Your form sucks. "Decent" for a nineteen year old to lift that weight from the rack. You absolutely put shame on yourself when you told us you weigh 242 pounds.
Guess what? Most national-level weightlifters (NOT POWERLIFTERS) who weighs about 200 pounds would lift that thing with ease.
