See us http://www.predatornutrition.com. Hang snatches are used to build speed and power. Hang snatches would be ideal for athletes needing speed and power without excessive bulk. During the lift you first perform a snatch grip deadlift. Commence to lower the bar to just above knee height and then thrust the hips forward while extending at the knees and lower back to propel the weight overhead.
