i find it comical that some idiots would insult their own selves with moronic comments such as the one below mine. Looks like some people are just begging for attention

This Hsing-I is very low level. I would not take anything these people say serious.

its a perfectly healthy weight its just not what someone may be used to seeing for someone considered physically active such as boxers, sports players etc... who have more MUSCLE on them so no need to be an ass seriously.

At their basis the internal/external distinction is one of forces. Hard/external force is bone force, and is only as hard as the bones. Soft/internal force is sinew/tendon/blood strength and can be harder than bone. At high levels of practice many Shaolin practices have incorporated internal elements, but this is what we would call soft from hard, and are often seen as quite good but not full internal practice.

If that doesn't look like a healthy weight to you I'm guessing you are american. Not everyone wakes up to a bucket of grease. "What happens after you learn everything?" You don't. You learn more. You learn even more than that. Then you realize you've barely scratched the surface. Many people go into police/military/public service as profession.

Maybe you should concentrate less on what you will do and focus instead on what you are doing.
