  • @slimfast67 No they mean shallots; though you could probably substitute with spring or green onions as they're so similar.

  • I thought the opposite, that it was called "Yum Cha" until a roommate and I had a very confusing conversation. I think it's called both Dim Sum and Yum Chaa
