Guess what fat tits? Most of those deaths are from suicides, not homicides.
Didn't think so either.

all countries have the odd nutter who goes out with guns and shoot aload of people for no reason ... it happens
-
@stig781 and they also developed keynesian economics a staple of the socialist agenda... and look at the UK's philosophy in policies... all of them are socialistic.
-
@x01021 And no there is not a camera on every street in the UK. More nonsense from the US, the only time they ever learn about the "youkay" is too compare gun laws and statistics which they inevitably try to skew in their favour.
-
@myendoftheline The UK is not socialist, it is the nation that invented capitalism, an idea so copied by the US.
-
@x01021 And in america your dozen intelligence services monitor all phone calls, all your internet traffic.
-
the only reason theres more deaths in US is this...
France- they all dropped their weapons.
Britain- they are a socialistic society who has extremely liberal gun restrictions
U.S.- because we dont miss...

Go to this website and look at the statistics per 100,000 people in DC.

me,htm All periods in the address are now commas so dont copy and paste.
Keep in mind that the ban on handguns was enacted in 1967 and lifted in 2008.
Every category of crime except agravated assault jumps sharply from 1966 to 1967. Then in 2009, every category drops sharply from 2008 levels.
The absence of armed citizens emboldens criminals and keeps people helpless.
-
BTW. Hitler took away the right of citizens to keep and bare arms. That didn't go well for those people, did it?

Germany have about 80 mill ppl and 381 cases
The USA have about 310 mill ppl and 11,127 cases
by your own ratio perspective USA nr. of cases had been around 1600, not 11,127!
@frampoid
In France, we are 60 000 000 and in the U.S.A., you are about 310 000 000, am I right ?
so if we multiply 255 (the numbers of people who die because of a gun each year) by 6, we obtain... 1530.And for the U.S.A.... oh yeah, 11.127
Less than other countries ? I don't think so.

I don't know much about England, I've only been to London. And London has security cameras on every freakin street so yeah crime is low. This would be impossible to do in the US, so gun ownership is the next best thing. Maybe not in the cities but in the open country where there isn't much police, people should have guns. anyway, my 2 cents.
