HiltonPhuket shame about the construction noise - Why not tell guests?

Great view, shame about the construction noise! Do you think the Hilton Hotel told me about the construction noise????? Nope!!!!!
Could the Hilton Hotel tell me about the construction work? YES - they could post information on the hotle's website, they could tell me when I made the reservation (infact this is a legal obligation in Europe), they could have told me when I checked in!
The Hilton Hotel Phuket told me nothing!
As the Hotel reservation confirmation states "The resort offers a choice of activities and experiences to ensure you have a memorable stay" - Congratulations Hilton Phuket you have certainly made my stay memorable!
Amazing Thailand? - Amazing Construction Noise @Hilton Phuket!
