in the video you had to cut part of the zipper off because the front was higher than the back. how did the front end up higher than the back? was it bad measurement that caused it? to make sure that i dont have to cut the zip, should i try the pants on first before i put the zip on?

@trinianime Thanks for watching! I cut the front lower because it was too high. The back should always be higher than the front because when you sit down your rear end pulls the pant down in the back. There are other ways to make pants, in the advanced beginners series that I have started there will be a video explaining in more detail. I should have cut the pant front before putting the zipper on and then purchased a zipper the correct size.
