Reversal of Voting Rights Legislation
Why Don't Jehovah's Witnesses Vote? Because they're representatives of God's heavenly kingdom.

Serena Williams Serena Williams told reporters at Wimbledon on Wednesday that she's excited about Barack Obama's candidacy but won't vote for him because Jehovah's Witnesses "don't get involved in politics." Her sister Venus—who is also a Jehovah's Witness—wouldn't even comment on the presidential election. Why don't Jehovah's Witnesses vote?
Because of John 17:14 and other passages in the Bible. In that verse, Jesus says of his followers: "They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world." Jehovah's Witnesses have interpreted that statement as a call to remain neutral in all political matters. (In some of the sect's literature, members are described as "representatives of God's heavenly kingdom"; they are thus obligated to stay out of local political affairs in keeping with the behavior of ambassadors.) Witnesses also refrain from serving in the military, running for public office, and pledging allegiance to the flag. Voting is not expressly prohibited, but it is discouraged. The Watchtower, the official publication of the Jehovah's Witnesses, ran an article in 1999 suggesting that the decision whether to vote was one of personal conscience, although it carefully laid out reasons for staying out of the voting booth. In reference to countries that require all citizens to show up at the ballot box, the Watchtower has explained that "[w]here Caesar makes it compulsory for citizens to vote [Jehovah's Witnesses] can go to the polls and enter the voting booths," but the Watchtower did not specify what Witnesses should do with the ballot itself. According to some, the requirement for political neutrality led to the violent persecution of Witnesses in Malawi during the late 1960s and early 1970s, when adherents refused to register with the ruling Congress Party. http://www.slate.com/id/2194321/
Reversal of Freedom of Education:
Freedom of education refers to the right of any person to manage their own education, start a school, or to have access to the education of their choice without any constraints.
Freedom of Education is a constitutional (legal) concept that has been included in several national constitutions, e.g. the European Convention on Human Rights, the Belgian constitution (former article 17, now article 24) and the Dutch constitution (article 23).
Brown v. Board of Education was a landmark Supreme Court case that overturned segregation in schools based on the color of one's skin.
In Holland throughout the nineteenth century a political battle raged over the issue of the State monopoly on tuition-free education. It was opposed under the banner of "Freedom of Education" and the Separation of Church and State. The Dutch called it "De Schoolstrijd" (The Battle of the Schools). The Dutch solution was the Separation of School and State by funding all schools equally, both public and private.
They are not Jehovah's Witnesses.
Anyone can say "I'm one of Jehovah's WItnesses". But unlike other religions, you are not considered a member, nor are you counted if your actions do not allow you to engage in the door to door ministry. Otherwise, JW's would have a membership of about 24 million instead of 7 million.
They are most definitely ... disqualified from the door to door ministry.
This is just apostate babbeling ...

@AirelonTrading They are Jehovah's Witnesses and you would rather tell a lie to deny this being the hypocrite that you are. Serena and Venus Williams are devoted Witnesses and they do go door to door. You already know this hypocrite! Just like Prince is also a JW. Are you going to deny that Judge Rutherford was a JW simply because he lived as a wealthy alcoholic committing adultery in his Beth Sarim mansion? Your self righteous cult is a lie just like your comment was a lie.

@clevelandshero23 quote from Serena: "There is another source of Serena's psychological strength: her religion. All the Williams girls were brought up as JWs and all of them, she tells me, remain devoted to their faith. (Serena even goes door to door when she has time.) Not only that, but their best friends are Witnesses too. 'It's fun,' Serena explains of this arrangement, 'because you get to relate to somebody and at the same time you know you're not going to be living a promiscuous life."
