Oh yeah Jes I've had lots of those!!! I just pick them out with tweezers!!! LOL!

@driskey82 Hi there. thanks for your comment! I just want to say that I'm not sure everyone understands what I mean when I say "spurs". Spurs grow ON the bone. These things are attached. No just grabbing and pulling. He had to file mind down. "Shards" can be pulled out once they surface and are only the bone like material that used to hold your tooth in your jaw. Sometimes it comes out, that is what you were picking out of your gums. I WISH it had been that simple for my spurs. lol

that white stuff may be dead tissue which is normal just make sure your brushing your gums w your baby toothbrush

@TheSecora1 Thank you. I also heard it may be white because of the strain from the stitches. They are beginning to look better now. I appreciate your comment.
