The human models and animation was a joke in the first game, but everything else is very nice. Interestingly the zerg got some nice stuff, and the Protoss is not bad either. But humans look so ugly and unfinished. And it was always a pain to look at Kerrigan in any form. The only thing they managed to get right is Mengsk, and maybe Raynor. I don't really like the new Mengsk in SC2, he doesn't thave that twisted look anymore.
