The Emcee (played by Alex M ohajer) leads the Kit Kat Girls (Claire Ferensowicz, Emma Meade, Kate Jopson, Jasmin Pamukcu, Rachel Warner, and Maura Tang) in their rendition of "Money" from the production of CABARET at the University of California- Berkeley.
UC Berkeley is the #1 public institution in the country and while the city of Berkeley and the San Francisco Bay Area are major arts epicenters, the school itself does not offer a musical theatre program, department, or even a class.
Student Zi Alikhan directed this production for Cal's Barestage Productions, a student operated organization on campus. All of the actors are undergraduates, but many have professional theatre credits.
Enjoy, and be kind!
It's not care free it's showing you that all people lust for is money. I love the original film and Production but it's nice to see fresh ideas well done guys I was entertained anyway. You just can't please everyone.

Wow, this emcee is very different. He's much less flamboyant. He's almost like a slovenly drunk. I like it.

Sally isn't in the Broadway version. She was only in the movie version of the song.
