Rob I have had lower back pain for years and I have decided to stop doing deadlifts as they do my back more harm than good... can you recommend other exercises that work the lower back i can do? thanks

rob,what length of barbell is best for performing bent over barbell rows? would a 7-foot bar,or 6-foot bar or 5-foot bar be best/most advantagous for doing this exercise?

A good pull up I'm doing is pull yourself up in 1 second and lower yourself back down slowly, counting to 4 seconds....its a killer!
