For the bad side, we see the sexist undertone especially clear in this episode, when Flit gives the key to activate Gundam to Asemu instead of to his sister. Yes, aside from that all the protagonists are male, this also suggests it. I mean... why cannot women fight? Why can women not become fellow savious alongside with men?
