@ihatelols AWESOME! Be sure to keep track of your workouts with a spreadsheet or notebook. Record exercises you perform, number of sets completed and number of repetitions. Set a goal of PROGRESSING in some way - in every single workout. Good luck! Let me know if you have questions.
