I want to see the Weird Sisters against Puck....that would be the best fight ever. The Sisters are so manipulative and Puck is so chaotic....who would win???

@liebedich4ever I like to think Puck would take pleasure in playing tricks on the Sister and annoying the everlovin' crap out of them ... if he's smart, he'd probably recruit someone else to help him fight them ... maybe Banshee? You know she's gotta be holding a grudge from that whole getting dragged back to Avalon thing. ;)

@a87370ylgrc I'm afraid we may have a long wait. Weisman seems to have a LOT stirring in his mind for this Gargoyles Universe, but it may take a lot to make it materialize in mainstream books or comics. I've read "clan building 1&2" and "bad guys"...no weird sisters yet. He mentions "Gargoyles 2198" in his blog..but he's stopped answering questions, and one can piece together his ideas, but some hard book or cartoon....not yet...

@phoenixheffa I don't know that the best often get guard duty. It seems like the worst sometimes get that. The Magus beat them with and without the Gramorum...soundly with it. Weisman called it a 'lucky shot' though, so I don't know. They always seemed more adept at prophecy and causality than sheer power. Would Anubis or Odin have lost to Magus? I can't see it.

@parrotsim hm, i dunno. Puck hit a weakened Oberon pretty hard. I think Puck'd give em a good bout at least.

@parrotsim The Magus beat them easily enough the first time around, and even beat them when he was old and weak and didn't have a focal point (Magic book). They're not so much powerful at any given time, but seem to have an understanding of fate and consequence...and of course, are immortal...but so is Puck!

@liebedich4ever Sorry, I meant to say the Sisters are concerned with making sure certain EVENTS occur, not preserving ppl per se. Thinking about what they do makes my head hurt! They're complex but I love them. Honestly, I don't think they would win against Puck. Too clever.

@liebedich4ever I'm not sure. Puck is so clever, and he (as Owen) has vast knowledge of technology so he could prob use that to his benefit. I'm guessing the Sisters are the most powerful of all the members of the 3rd race since Oberon entrusted them to guard Avalon. I don't think the outcome would matter to the Sisters (especially Luna) since part of their job is to preserve the future or at least the future of various beings.
