  • @halconsalvaje I havent kept up with it since my dog hurt her leg and so I dont go on long walks much. It is hard to do but it improves your concentration alot and gives you a long lasting light as air feeling.

  • ha ha , he says inhale when he exhales and visa versa. I deep breath while I walk ...8 steps in, 8 steps hold and 8 steps out..repeat. The object is to slightly starve on the inhale. Count down from 100 to 99 on first inhale, then next inhale 98 etc. Imagine the number you are on floating in front of you. This exorsize if done for about 40 min's gets you feeling very high for a few hours!!!!
