  • Poor teddy bear..... holding the mic :)

  • Got one of these and loaded in some GFS Mean 90s (P90 style pickup). It was a huge step up in tone. Great bang for the buck....but I do like my Gibby better.

  • @rikardocarvalho I had a chance to talk to the teddy bear once when Greg left the room to go to the toilet and he says that he doesn't mind being the mic stand but that he is an unconditional Brittney Spears fan and that unfortunately he doesn't like the blues so he goes spare each time hoping to hear "Give it to me baby one more time" then the same twelve bars start:(

  • it doesnt have an alder body i have this guitar 2

it has a mahogany body & neck, set neck construction

rosewood fretboard, going to buy locking tuners for it & a seymour duncan sh-6 distortion for the bridge & the 59 model for the neck

  • @BoroPRS i have a se soapbar II , nothing wrong with the tuners but the nut needed to be filed out some more . after that it was fine . great guitar !

  • Do you have problem with the tuners??? On my guitar i have problem with the G and B string. Can you give me some advice? I wanted to change the tuners with some locking tuners, so if you have some suggestion pls let me know :)

  • @MrBenjo2000 You can get it with one or a stop tailpiece

  • @MrBenjo2000 its not as warm and bassy as a LP, cause it has an alder body and bolt on. but they have really power, i compared one to the gibson Zakk Wylde signature, for shreds and Metal the DKMGT is better(thight as hell) , for some more classic stuff i would take the LP. cause you wanted to buy an ibanez, i would recommend the jackson. hope that helps

  • @givemeajackson Hey thanks for that tip I don't like EMGs but think to sel those at ebay....don#t know yet.....but the question is is it as powerfull as a LP? I don't know cause in the demo vids at youtube all guys who play this guitar use awesome tube amps.....so got it the power ? ^^ and thanks for the quick answer bro ;)

  • @MrBenjo2000 have a look at the DKMGT by jackson if you like EMGs and string-through. the neck is fast as hell too

  • @givemeajackson yeah know what it feels like.....what love to buy an Ibanez prestige because of the awesome fast necks.....but every prestige got a fuckin tremolo excep a few.....and the few guitars are over 2700 $ >.>
