Tubiflex worms are colonies of creatures that survive in watery habitats. They are known to live in heavily polluted areas and low oxygen. When the water level gets too low, food is low, lack of oxygen, or the water gets too polluted they cover them selves in a protective cyst. That happens because they lower their metabolic state.
