  • no problem! Just pick a weight that challenges you, but still allows you to keep good form. Quality over quanity when it comes to lifiting weights thats for sure. If you feel like you cant control the weight during the rep, or you cant finish your first set without struggling then, that's a good hint that you should change the weight. Keep watching and I will have new videos up! Subscribe for new videos!
