This was recorded 5 days prior to upload.
Since then I have discovered that the 3rd DMCA complaint against me, by talksport radio, was legit. I contacted them and talked to some really decent, helpful and intelligent chaps who said they'd flagged it because they didn't like the comments on it. lulz.

Still awaiting youtube's jobsworth flanges to process my counter-notification for the rush limbaugh video. Perhaps I should threaten legal action. xD

Get me inmendham, there's a lawsuit a' brewin'

Also I have decided to not be calm any more, but to unleash a sarcastic cunt that is welling up within. I'm just thinking of the children, here. Sumdee's gotta,,

I sent this email to youtube in Jan 2008:

Subject: DMCA and account suspension issues.
To: editor@youtube.com

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a few accounts on youtube that appear to be under threat from false
DMCA complaints by individuals who are not taking due care to examine the
content of those videos before submitting a DMCA complaint, or are
submitting false claims through malice. I am not in the US, nor am I a US
citizen therefore I lack the ability to make a counter-notification
against
these false DMCA complaints. With regards to the videos that have already
been removed, I don't mind so much, but I feel anxious about any future
false claims that can be made by individuals which will result in my
account
being suspended with no means to defend my work.

I am very much aware that youtube staff cannot watch every video on their
site and cannot know what is copyright and what is not, therefore you have
these procedures in place, but I think you can still keep this procedural
structure in place, but alter it slightly to address the issues and
loopholes that arise from abuse of these procedures.

For instance, The "3-strike rule" as far as copyright infringement is
concerned, it stands to reason that sometime in the future someone will
abuse the procedures and file a false DMCA request against my main account
(which I cannot legally defend myself against being a non-US citizen),
which
threatens the long-term stability of my account... If this site were to
last
for 10 years I'm sure my account would not survive that long based on a
3-strike system. It seems reasonable to have a life-span for each
warning,
say 6 months or one year... kind of like a probationary period.

If this kind of procedure is already in place then please ignore this
email,
otherwise I'd ask you to consider these changes.

Thanks,
Graeme

Dear gratex,

We have disabled the following material as a result of a third-party notification from talkSPORT, claiming that this material is infringing:

  • "Perhaps I should threaten legal action. xD" - Graeme

Too bad you're a broke communist who can't afford a lawyer. Sucks to be you! Maybe if you were intelligent enough you could actually make money through capitalism and play the system to your advantage rather than have it play you.

  • im intelligent enough to not make money through capitalism.

  • It sounds to me as if you are on government assistance!

  • It sounds to me as if you're a silly little tweenager who thinks he's a big man.

Come back when you have something original to say about anything.

  • Good luck with all this. Oddly they've asked me if I want to apply for partnership due to a video which they would delete if I applied for partnership (stated by them). So a fine catch 22.

Let me know if you'd like me to do anything as long as it doesn't involve anything too physical.

  • You can start by making more videos :P

  • 99.9999999 % of people wont pick up on the demolition man reference in this video.. But I pick up on things like that. Because I am fucking smart. Other people it just floats right over their heads. And miss out..

All this time i thought that you were just taking a break from youtube. I could understand that because they have a bunch of dip shits running the show. Well glad i finnally found this backup channel. Thanx Immendem you finnally made yourself useful by mentioning Gratex in your video

  • i can't remember the last song that i actually paid for... you know why i can't remember? Because paying for music is fucking stupid, thats why.. Same thing with movies too. Its like ok i have to pay just to view a movie in a theater. and do i get to keep it after? NOPE. you want to see it again you have to wait a certain amount of time. the better it was the longer the time you have to wait and buy it again. Its such a dumb system. thank god that money is almost at an end.

  • Sometimes I just NEED to suck a dick. But why is it wrong that I'm gay and find it vile? What's wrong with that?

  • No I think you're prejudiced because you find your own homosexuality vile.

  • beejusbeejus, you think I'm prejudice just because I think homosexuality is vile?

  • You're a strange cat, leeason1. I couldn't help but notice that you go out of your way to watch videos of shirtless men flexing their muscles so that you can call them homos with such a vitriolic prejudice... Very interesting.

  • Five Stars!!

  • Stop picking on good people? Gratex is a total hypocrite who denounces capitalism while living from the comfort the capitalist system created for him. Frankly I am happy his previous account was banned. Perhaps YouTube is enacting an anti-communist position?

  • Some people just don't want to play the game. They don't want to spend their lives being actors.

He's probably one of the most genuine people on here and all you can do is knock him for it.

You know, now and then I come across a troll like you who needs to be told to stop picking on good people. Really.

  • Totally untrue. He is a communist who lives in the comfort of a highly capitalist land. Also, gratex can't take legal action against YouTube because he has no money.
