My first ever transatlantic flight in first class, with Lufthansa. Traveling from Frankfurt, Germany to Washington D.C. Dulles International on 22 December 2011. Many thanks to friend and Boeing 747 pilot Rolf Rehm, who allowed me to do this video. Along with his wife Claudia, Rolf often participates in wine tasting events I organise in Germany. And because he is a pilot, they sometimes make it over to the U.S. when I organize wine dinners at home in Washington D.C.
