Thanks for posting this video. My dad, my sister, my son and I all have Celiacs. Its been a struggle to let go of the foods we love! It'll really be nice to send home a pecan pie or cheesecake everyone can eat!

Yea Its not pretty, I'm allergic to gluten and the last time I ate a wheat-roll I was unable to move for 3 days and sick for over a week. I must have thrown up at least 30 times. Wheat SUCKS!!!! lol...

Wheat, rye, oats, barley, a few other things i think too
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley, oats, triticale, and many other foods. It is used to process and make additives in many foods. People with celiac disease, a genetic autoimmune disease, are essentially allergic to gluten. If a Celiac consumes it, his or her white blood cells attack the lining of his or her small intestines and the villi responsible for intaking nutrient are killed. Repeated infractions against a gluten-free diet can cause non-Hodgkins lymphoma in celiacs.
