Nick *pulls away*
Soph: Yes actually!
*she looks at the door*
Nick: Oh, umm.. Hey guys.
Jess: Joe, for some reason..I think we missed out on something between these two. *I point to the two of them*
Joe: Well I think it was pretty obvious something was going to happen.
Jess: Okay, so are you going to tell me why you are in detention?
Soph: Well..Long story short. Gary hit on me, Nick got mad. They got in a fight, I tried to split them up, we got sent to detention.
Jess: Well then..
Joe: Nick, dude..You're lucky you didn't get suspended.
Nick: Ahh, im not worried about it. Its not like Mom and dad are around to care enough anyways..
Joe: Yah, but Kevin is.
Nick: Kevin wont call me off. Hes all "Amelia, oh I love you Amelia"
Jess: Okay, im REALLY sorry to like interrupt you, but I am FROZEN! So Soph..Are my pants in you're locker?
Soph: Yah.
Jess: Okay, im gonna go put on some pants, and a sweater.
Soph: Hey wait up!
So me and Soph leave Nick and Joe in the detention room.
*WITH SOPH AND JESS*
Jess: Well, you and Nick seem.. close.
Soph: I know! It's unbelievable.
Jessie: Just be careful Soph, I don't want anything happening to you. I mean you know his reputation in this school. Hes a chick magnet. And I don't want you to fall head over heals, and end up getting hurt.
Soph: I wont! Don't worry. I know what im doing.
Jess: Sooo.. is he a good kisser?
Soph: Oh my God! There is no doubt about it. When it comes to kissing, he deffinently knows what hes doing. But enough about us, what about you and Joe?
Jess: What about us ?
Soph: Oh Come on! I am your best friend! You can deny it if you want to. But the way you two look at eachother says it all, You liikkee him.
Jess: No I don't! That has never even crossed my mind!
Soph: Right, That's why you two were under the tree cuddling, and out in the park. Righht ?
Jess: We werent Cuddling in the park, or under the tree! Under the tree I was cold, and in the park we Fell. And how did you know about that anyways?
Soph: Yahh surre "Fell" I have my ways, I know what you two were doing out there.
Jess: Its true, I did fall.
Soph: So, you are willing to look me, your best friend in the eyes and tell me that you and Joe have nothing. Absolutely nothing there. No spark at all.
I hesitated. She knew me way to well.
