  • Great sound, great feeling, great style. Talented. It's pure heaven to hear someone who knows how to play those great instruments (synths are not only "cut-off and reso pots with sequenced bassline" ;) ). Thanks and keep on posting videos!

  • @Kinkystoned Thank you! I'm hoping to have some new videos up before the end of the year. Comments like this are very motivating! ;-) Cheers

  • fantastic! i have a Jupiter 4, have only just used it to muck around on while playing with a grunge band, but since then haven't used it much. i read in the instructions there is a battery component to it, is it possible i have lost data and if so, is it possible to retrieve it.. anywhere i can get information as to how to use this instrument properly? cheers coralart_photographics@yahoo.com.au

  • @yvettealine Thank you! If the battery is dead you've probably lost whatever patches you had in there. Are you still able to save a patch and recall it while it is still plugged in? If not, this could indicate a more serious problem. Will send you some links to info about the JP-4 via email.

  • Lovely playing and a fantastic synth, kind reminds me of Terry Riley.

I have a Jupiter 4, but I mostly stick to the arpeggiator...

  • @SexToyRocketLauncher Thank you very much! Yes, Terry Riley is one of my favorite musicians. His recording "Persian Surgery Dervishes" is amazing. It has had a major influence on my playing style and use of analog delay.

  • Great stuff. This is what I like. A musician learning his instrument rather than going on about this VCO, that VCA, what filter, which modular next, how does X do this, X is better than Y etc etc..

Learn the instrument you own inside out and treat it like a musician should.

Respect!! It's easy to get a modular or interesting old synth and fiddle around until something half decent comes out of it. This takes commitment and ability.

  • Reminded me of Klaus Schulze and tangerine Dream. Please keep up the good work. There are many of us who appreciate your work. Thanks!

  • fantastic, keep it up

  • @raymangold22 Thank you! The Juno-60 is the first synth I ever played. It changed my life forever.

  • This is simply **fantastic!** Thank you so much for this; the delay was a nice touch. I wish I had a Jupiter 4... hold onto yours! They're pretty cool synths.

I only have a Juno-60, but I do enjoy its unique sound :)

  • @crebegea Thank you!! If such a prize existed, it would be a great honor!!
