I just started with these tips from Zoe Harcombe. It is absolutely great! I am not hungry by eating meat and vegetables. I get satisfied and I have cut my caffeine intake. It has been just a week and I feel the difference.
Great tip about chocolat! I do love chocolat and since I dicovered her site, I have changed to dark chocolat. Really good!
These are great videos and I'm very greatful to have found them.

I use The Harcombe Diet as a way of life with great success, however I find that 85% cocoa chocolate sends my heart racing and I feel really ill for hours - could it be the caffeine as I don't drink tea or coffee at all? It's so disappointing as I was hoping to be able to continue eating good quality chocolate but sadly, it doesn't work for me. Any thoughts Zoe?

Thanks For Naming Me On Your Video!! Im Glad U Enjoyed my 100% chocolate bar!! Hugs from Andrea
love your videos. I try to stay lean but started carb cycling to cut down and realised that I crave a lot and my mood swings a lot so I am done with that:). I have done a fair amount of research on nutrition. World is looking for an answer to obesity and all I have to do is my shopping. As a student I need to be smart about my finances and the fact is that organic food is over the top these days e.g. the chocolate..I love the one with 80% in it but it costs £.4.25 in Coop opposed to 99p reg choc

Shop around! Someone told me Morrisons? Lidls? have 85% for less than £1? I buy Lindt from supermarkets and they are £1.79 per 100g. I eat one of those most days, so it does add up, but that's the only thing in a packet that I buy - having no processed junk in the trolley sure helps the grocery bill!
Hope you get some for Easter! Best wishes - Zoe
