ur teeth have to set for a while before the next tray or they will get too loose and cause problems

hey, thanks for sharing your invisalign experience - I'm acutally in the process of waiting for mines to come in :)
Just want to tell you that my ortho told me that the reason you have to wear the aligners for 2 weeks minimum (even if they don't hurt) is because your teeth need that time to position themselves, if you move too quickly, it leds to rapid teeth deterioration, your gums being over sensitive, your teeth may even become to 'weak' because of the constant fast changing.

The aligner is slightly different than the shape of your teeth. Your teeth adjust to fit into the aligner over time.
