A first look at Projective Geometry, starting with Pappus' theorem, Desargues theorem and a fundamental relation between quadrangles and quadrilaterals.

This video is part of the WildTrig series, which introduces Rational Trigonometry and applies it to many different aspects of geometry.

  • Remember that you can pause the video to have a good look at the diagrams. It is really a good idea to try to draw some diagrams yourself. That way the notions have a better chance of being retained.

  • Just adding my praise. Your videos are a delightful compliment and distraction from my dry text book.

  • Thanks! It's easier to see geometric reasoning done in a video than just static pictures and text descriptions in a book ..

  • thank you sir !!!

  • Nice well done buddy!

  • Thanks for the video. Two minutes in and I'm starting to grok what projective geometry is about. I could have wasted a lot longer trying to read up on it.

  • Remarkable lecture with great insight.
