Paula Deen's Real women of Philadelphia contest entry. These special Pizza burgers will surprise you! Everyone will ask "What's in these" because they'll never guess they have cream cheese and Spam (Spiced canned ham lucheon loaf- Canned meat) in them! But it makes an incredible taste treat! Brown 1 pound ground beef with a small onion, and drain well. In the pan, Add 1C pizza sauce, 3 oz. Velveeta cheese, 4 oz. cream cheese- softened, and 1t oregano. Heat until smooth, and hot, and creamy! Mound openface on hambuger bun halfs, and sprinkle mozzella chees ontop. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes until the bun gets a little crisy, and the cheese melted. YUM!
