How to repair old refill for Ringpen | Cheap and fast method

Every ball point refill in stationary industry has shelf time.

If your refills are out-of date, there is an easy way to restore it.

Take:
- Syringe (20 cents or so from any Drug store)
- Needle
- Any cloth or cotton piece
- Oil (vegetable, sunflower, soya, etc)
