  • @terrylovenka I have a similar problem, but instead of my eyes getting watery i get eye boogers/crusties in my tear duct, which is a major bummer. As for your problem, i would recommend using NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencils on the lower lashline/tear duct area. It will make the eyeshadow stick for much longer. As for the watery eyes, maybe your eyes just need to adjust to you putting powder there.
