Eh, of course there is stereotypes in this movie. That is what it is all about, stereotypes and how we treat each other due to our differences..
- All movies from America will usually have a stereotype of some sort, that is just how Hollywood works. (not that this is a Hollywood production, it is just a very used method of filming.)

I Wish Tanner Cohen would make an album with just easy listening rock ballads (like the one in this clip), which would do full justice to quite possibly the most mellifluous voice I have ever heard.

This is great scene in the movie, I wish it were on here as so. Jock Boy looks through the crack in the door at Timothy standing on stage as the curtain opens. At that point it becomes Johnathan's fantasy that is played out throught the rest of the song.

I just saw the movie today. I was really excited about it but I was disappointed, wasn't that great after all. It has a lot of many stereotypes (like Frankie). And I don't like all the songs. Actually this movie is really good but not as good as I expected.
Some moments gave me goosebumps. Lie this one, my gooooood... And also the moment were Max fall in love with Timothy :D my two favourites moments.
But when I hear "the presence of the suuuun" I'm just dying ;)

oh my gosh, that's what i totally do with all the best songs! but sheet music would be great. although the chord sequences don't seem that difficult. :)

i hate musicals, except for this one. I couldn't get most of the soundtrack out of my head, and i don't want them to leave anytime soon

I LOOOVEDD this movie. I saw it opening day in WEST HOLLYWOOD. I loved the ending.. cutest shit ever. Makes me want a bf even more. =[
