@elbethere Actually, I messed up my fact checking. Disney intended to buy the rights for Kimba, since they had started the project... They couldn't get the rights, and rather than scrapping the project, they released it anyways. Disney was a Kimba fan.

@yokomesome No Kimba's real name is Leo. Panja is Panja.

@MoonlitLion When did Japan steal Power Puff Girls.
-
@Hasegawaa Yup.
-
@mhiatt23 No they didn't. Disney claims Lion king is completely unrelated to Kimba

@sobeAdam Big diferance: Snow white and Cinderella are and were in the public domain. And what versions disney took from they bought the rights for.

this aint ultra rare... i've still got a copy of this on VHS from 1997 (The original... this episode came along with other episodes of other cartoons... i'd say its not rare at all..

HOLY SHIT!!!! I SOOOOOO remember this clip!!! My fav cartoon as a little kid!
Disney sucks for stealing this and they are the biggest whiners when it comes to copyright infringement! Kimba is way better!

There's more power and emotion in those 2mins of video right there than ten $100M budget hollywood movies put together. awesome!
