When football was football, not the pre-packaged crap that passes for football sometimes. I blame the Premiership for taking the heart and soul out of the beautiful game.

@drrrink00 Yes, there was a better one from about 1982 onwards, mainly associated with Steve Rider and European finals such as Spurs in the UEFA and Everton in CWC. Still trying to find that one. This theme sounds like it's going to turn into Russ Abbot's Atmosphere.

forgot how goddamn awful this theme tune was. on one side u had this with bloody torville and dean every week, or sportsnight (far superior theme) with bloody skiing all the time!!
